तसेच #अहमदनगरवकीलसंघाकडून #व्यसनमुक्तिसाठीनिस्वार्थसेवाकार्य करणाऱ्या ना सन्मान चिन्ह देवुन सन्मान करण्यात आला #गुरूपौर्णिमा ला #प्रोत्साहनपर

दारू ,सिगारेट ,गुट खा ,तंबाखू ई व्यसनउक्त पदार्थ गुटखाबंदी केली पण अमलबजावणी नसल्याने गुटख्याचा काळाबाजार आणि हप्ते फक्त वाढले..शाळेजवळ तंबाखूयुक्त पदार्थ विकणे आणि शिक्षकांनी शाळेत तंबाखू न खाणे याबाबत फक्त शासननिर्णय झाले पण कारवाया किती झाल्या ? याचे उत्तर निराशाजनक आहे. एकूणच शासनाची व्यसनमुक्तीबाबत कठोर धारणा दिसत नाही. व्यसनमुक्तीचे सूत्र हे आहे की कायद्याच्या मदतीने अमली पदार्थांचा पुरवठा कमी कमी करीत न्यायचा व दुसरीकडे प्रबोधनातून व्यसनविरोधी मानसिकता निर्माण करायची व्यसनावर उपचार करणारी व्यसनमुक्ती केंद्र व इतर उपचारपद्धती उपलब्ध करायची. पण या तीनही पातळीवर पुरेसे प्रयत्न होत नाहीत. व्यसनमुक्ति केंद्र अनुदान घेण्यापुरते राहिले आहे भरमसाठ अनुदान घेवुन कार्य मात्र शून्य आहे ,प्रथम ह्या निष्क्रिय व्यसनमुक्ति केन्द्रमुळे व्यसनमुक्ति धोरण सामन्या लोकांपर्यंत पोहचत नाहि आपण शासना च्या व्यसनमुक्ति साठी वापरलेली कार्यपद्धती प्रमाणे त्यानी प्रबोधन साठी वापरलेली कार्यप्रणाली बद्द्ल व्हायला हवा ,त्यासाठी सर्व समावेशक व्यसनमुक्ति कार्य करणार्या सघटना संस्था ताकद द्यायला हवी,निष्क्रिय व्यसनकेन्द्र बंद करून पुरातन पेक्षा नवीन संघटन संस्था व्यक्ति ,प्रोत्साहन द्यायला हवे दारू, तंबाखू व तंबाखूयुक्त पदार्थ यांचा पुरवठा कमी करण्यासाठी त्यावरील कायदे कठोर करणे, पोलीस व उत्पादनशुल्क ,अन्न व भेसळ प्रशासन यातील अधिकाऱ्यांवर जबाबदारी नक्की करून त्यांच्यावर कारवाया करणे महत्वाचे आहे. पण त्या अगोदरचा महत्वाचा मुद्दा हा आहे की या अमली पदार्थातून मिळणारे उत्पन्नावर शासन पाणी सोडायला तयार आहे का ? जगातील अनेक अभ्यासांनी हे सिद्ध केले आहे की अमली पदार्थातून जितके उत्पन्न शासनाला मिळते त्यापेक्षा जास्त खर्च हा व्यसनातून निर्माण होणाऱ्या समस्या दूर करण्यासाठी होत असतो.त्यामुळे ही भूमिका नक्की करावी प्रबोधन हा महत्वाचा उपाय आहे. हा अंक त्याच प्रयत्नाचा एक भाग आहे. शाळा ,महाविद्यालयातून आणि मिडिया ,सोशल मिडिया ,चित्रपट ,नाटक, शाहिरी ,पथनाट्य व कीर्तन याबाबत मोठ्या प्रमाणात प्रबोधन व्हायला हवे. तसे काही प्रयत्न होत आहेत पण त्या प्रबोधनात उपदेशापेक्षा तरुणाई शी प्रत्यक्ष चर्चा आणि संवाद असावे. त्या प्रबोधनात ही एकप्रकारची साचेबद्धता आली आहे. त्यावर काम करणे गरजेचे आहे आणि व्यसनमुक्ती केंद्र संख्येने कमी,जुनाट व नावापुरते आहेत काम शून्य आहे व ग्रामीण भागात संख्येने ते कमी आहेत. त्यामुळे ग्रामीण आरोग्य केंद्रात व्यसनमुक्ती उपचार कसा मिळेल यादृष्टीने धोरणे आखण्याची गरज आहे. त्यादृष्टीने ग्रामीण डॉक्टर,नर्स यांना प्रशिक्षित करण्याची गरज आहे. निस्वार्थ काम करणाऱ्या प्रोत्साहन द्यायला हवे #माणुसकीचा अवलंब करायला #व्यसनमुक्ति ची जोड़ प्रबोधन ,जनजागृती द्वारे करावे लागेल अहमदनगर वकील संघानि व्यसनमुक्ति चा घेतलेला निर्णय अतिशय चांगला व ईतर संघटना संस्था नि आदर्श घ्यावा अस सत्कार करताना अहमदनगर वकील संघाचे सर्व पदाधिकारी व अध्यक्ष अँड सुरेश ठोकळ माजी अध्यक्ष अँड लगड याचा #महाराष्ट्रव्यसनमुक्तिआंदोलन व संघटना चे राज्यसमन्वयक समाजसेवक बाबा सोनवने याचे हस्ते सत्कार प्रसंगी बोलत होते हेल्पलाईन फाउंडेशन व्यसनमुक्ति लोककेन्द्र संकेत शिंदे अँड चंद्रकांत रोकडे अबअ खजिनदार ,अँड चंदन बारटर्क्क ,अँड अनुराधा येवले महीला सहसचिव ई अहमदनगर बार वकील असोसिएशन अहमदनगर पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते Alcohol, cigarettes, group food, tobacco e-addiction substitutes, but due to non-implementation, gutkha black market and installments increased only.
