Corner building. Former HQ of the ~Electric Plant? Co. (Est. 1886). In 2023 MVM Group and Industry (Plant) History Museum. On the façade of Miksa Déri street is a Miksa Déri plaque-relief (Inauguration 1996., János Török, bronze) inscription on its: "Miksa Déri 1854 – 1938 Hungarian pioneer of electrical engineering./Notable works: the dynamo machine, /the self-excited alternator generator, /the pole shift elevator motor, /the closed iron core transformer and/or the AC distribution system." About ~Baja Electric Plant? Co.: In 1886, the Municipal Committee of the City of Baja approved a concession contract with Riedinger L.A. of Augsburg for the establishment of an electric plant. After the factory was commissioned in 1887, the company transferred the contract to Vereinigte Gaswerke von Augsburg. The city bought the gas plant in 1923, which was merged with the Electricity Works, and in 1926 the Baja City Assembly established a company called the City Gas and Electricity Works. In 1939, after the construction of the tram network in South Pest County, the name of the company was changed to Public Utilities of the City of Baja (BÁVAK). - Local grade listed building. - 3 Deák Ferenc Street (Déri Alley corner), Downtown, Baja, Bács-Kiskun County, Hungary.

A. céggel kötött koncessziós szerződést. A gyár üzembe helyezése (1887) után a cég a szerződést átruházta a Vereinigte Gaswerke von Augsburg vállalatra.
