Description These three buildings are located on Dayton Street in Cincinnati’s West End, in the Dayton Street Historic District, which was formed in 1965. Constructed in the 19th Century, these buildings are all Italianate in style, with two of them being townhouses for wealthy families, with the blue house being between two vacant lots that were once home to similar structures, of which seemingly nothing remains, and one was built as an apartment house. Today, two of these buildings have been restored, but the apartment house is still in need of some attention, though it has been stabilized and is safe for now.
