| Description |
English: The 9th to 10th century Datta (Detha) temple of Bandi was originally a Vishnu temple, but after a modern era vandalism it is now dedicated to Shiva. This ruined temple of stone stands on a platform. It also has the ruins of two smaller shrine platforms, remains of a two chambered gateway, as well as is surrounded by a peristyle. These facts and other ruins suggests that this temple was a large complex of Hindu temples. Some reliefs that have survived include Ganesha. |
