Model - Darling Year Taken - April 2013 Camera - Nikon D800E Lens - Nikon 85mm f/1.4G Location - Studio Darling This is Darling. No seriously, thats her name. There are two things you need to know about her. First, she is a great model who is full of life, ideas and is positively brimming with creativity. Second, she is mad! I worked with Darling the same day as with Elizabeth. Elizabeth was early afternoon, Darling was the evening. They contrast each other perfectly and I couldnt have wished for two disparate models to have worked with. Darling is perfectly suited to alternative modelling, that which requires a little something else and an edge. She carries emotion in poses and a real 4th dimension that allows you to try the ridiculous and actually have half a chance of pulling it off. Lighting A single snoot pulled down to the floor and then shot upwards through a hexagonal pulley. Thats what gives the lighting that erratic, diffracted look on the background.
Not a lot. I added a very slight green tone to the image and slightly desaturated it. Oh and I ever so slightly boosted the contrast.
