Description

Stift Melk is a famous Benedictine abbey above the town of Melk in Lower Austria. Founded in 1089, it is now an important example of baroque architecture in Austria.

During our walk through the town of Melk the clouds gathered threateningly, but they produced only a few raindrops and shortly afterwards it cleared up again.

I admit to having increased the image's contrasts in Photoshop, but this is more consistent with my memory of that dramatic moment.
