Daphne, a woman working in informal education

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Daphne works as a personal assistant to a family and as an on need basis attendant at a Neurological and Educational Center. None of the jobs she currently has give her medical insurance or contracts that ensure her staying at her job. Given that these jobs, that lie in the shadow economy sector, give her more flexibility in hours so that she can keep studying, she prefers staying in this sector. She's been able to learn about how to handle clients and patients, and tends to show herself as the hard worker she is, never leaving any lose ties, to be able to retain people's loyalty to what she can provide. She hopes to feel more stable in her job in the future, and to be able to work her way around what she is studying. Fortunately, as a woman, Daphne has not suffered discrimination in her area of work, and has not encountered barriers in it either. She continues to show her strengths, and always provides as much help as she can. (Guadalajara, Jalisco).
