The Royal Danish Arsenal Museum's World War II Collection, "Reich and Resistance," features artifacts from the German occupation of Denmark (1940-1945). The extensive collection includes items linked to the Atlantic Wall, such as flamethrower and stock mines, reflecting Germany's defensive efforts against an Allied invasion. It also showcases weapons from the Danish resistance, including Allied-supplied arms and homemade guns, many of which were handed over post-war during police safe-conduct operations or by descendants of resistance fighters. Additionally, the collection includes remnants from air battles over Denmark, such as the English Browning aircraft machine gun, highlighting the war's destructive impact.
