Description
English: Banknote issued by a private company. The value of this note is maintained by a payment promise. See free banking. This note contains an option clause, the directors can decide not to redeem the note by demand, but six month later paying interest in this period.
Deutsch: Eine von einem privaten Unternehmen herausgegebene Banknote. Ihr Wert wird durch ein Zahlungsversprechen aufrecht erhalten. Weiter Informationen finden sich unter Free Banking.
