Summary
[edit]DescriptionDancing Spiny.jpg |
English: Spiny babbler is the one and only endemic bird of Nepal. In the breeding season male one likes to sing a lot. The male begins singing from almost the bottom of the bush and then slowly moves to the middle part of the bush and sings again. Sometimes comes to the top of the bush or sometimes to an open tree branch and sings, although never for a long time from an exposed position. Sometimes when male is singing, he dances with spreading swing and fanning the tail like a fantail bird like in this picture. this picture was taken inside Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. |
