Deutsch: Holzdruck mit Beschriftung (fehlt in dieser Aufnahme): "Der Mann aß Masu-Lachs [(Oncorhynchus masou)]. Nach einiger Zeit erschien ein seltsames Objekt am Afterausgang und wurde herausgezogen: es hatte eine Länge von 2-3 m". Von Shinsen Yamaino Soushi durch Daizennosuke Koan (1850). Offensichtlich handelt es sich um einen Fischbandwurm (Diphyllobothrium latum)(siehe auch Diphyllobothriasis)
