Title
Dairy cows at Morphettville
Description

Dairy cows at Morphettville, Agriculture Department. It was not until after the 1914-18 War that rapid-progress was made in most lines of agricultural production, with War Service land settlement schemes making significant contributions. The methods followed by the dairy industry were, however, far from satisfactory, so the Government appointed four additional Dairy Advisers, bringing the total to six, and also commenced operating five Herd Testing Associations to help improve the quality of dairy cattle.
