Description
English: Daffodil fields near Boswarthen. Cultivation of daffodils in West Cornwall has a history that goes back at least 150 years. Even now the area produces one fifth of the world's early daffodils. Today about 80 pickers (temporary workers) arrive in vans to work in the fields - very cold work.
