Bahasa Indonesia: Dadar Gunting adalah makanan ringan atau camilan tradisional Banjarmasin. Hidangan ini terdiri dari lapisan kulit yang dibuat dari campuran tepung beras atau tepung terigu, air, dan pewarna alami, seperti daun suji atau daun pandan, yang digulung tipis-tipis dan kemudian digunting menjadi bentuk yang lebih kecil. Lalu, kulit tersebut biasanya diisi dengan campuran manis, seperti kelapa parut yang dicampur dengan gula merah atau gula kelapa.
English: Dadar Gunting is a traditional Banjarmasin snack or light meal. It consists of a crust made from a mixture of rice flour or wheat flour, water, and natural coloring, such as suji leaves or pandanus leaves, which is rolled thinly and then cut into smaller shapes. Then, the skin is usually filled with a sweet mixture, such as grated coconut mixed with brown sugar or coconut sugar.
