Description
English: DTI visual pathways fiber groups superimposed on T1 images. Left: axial view of the optic tracts and radiations in one control subject. The optic tracts, which connect the optic chiasm to the LGN, are colored red for the right side and blue for the left side. The right and left optic radiations, which connect the LGN to the calcarine cortex, are colored pink for right and light blue for left. Right: sagital view of the left optic tract and radiation.
