Description

Italiano: LE POSSENTI CANCELLATE DEL FORTE SPERONE

Forte Sperone rappresenta il punto chiave delle fortificazioni genovesi ottocentesche ed è situato al vertice delle 'Mura Nuove' del 1630 che, ancora oggi, appaiono come potenti baluardi adagiati sulle colline alle spalle del centro cittadino. L'ingresso principale del forte, sovrastato dallo stemma dei Savoia, è protetto da un fossato e da un robusto portone, un tempo collegato al ponte levatoio tramite due catene.

Ho voluto inviare queste tre immagini del Forte Sperone perchè a mio avviso, rappresentano il fulcro della location; la prima in b/n apporta nella sua semplicità, il significato della fredda cancellata che fa da divisore e protezione al mondo esterno.
