| Description |
English: I always had a soft spot for this particular class of steam engines: Unlike almost all other locomitive classes of prussian ancestry (which mostly were ugly ducklings) this one has well balanced proportions. Its wheel arrangement allowed for smooth rides even at higher speeds (up to 100 km/h). It's wonderful that one of these capable work horses has been made operational again. Notice the bell behind the smoke stack. |
