Description
English: Three possible hypotheses of DNA replication in bacteria were conservative, semiconservative and dispersive. Experiment by M. Meselson and F. Stahl using media containing ammonium chloride of different nitrogen isotopes supported the semiconservative model of DNA replication in organisms.
