Description

OK, even though I look like the world's biggest dork in this photo, I still love it, because it's somehow endearing. Here's a suburban teenager with virtually no connection to the punk/hardcore scene, and virtually no idea what punk even is, trying (way too hard) to look punk. I'm wearing my dad's army shirt. I've got several rings of fabric around my neck which I think might be collars ripped off some t-shirts. Please ignore the Pink Floyd buttons and concentrate on the Advanced Swimmer badge.

Yes, that chain is hanging all the way down from my freshly pierced ear.

It all might be easier to take if I was 13 but I was 18.
