Description
Français : DIXMUDE, nom de la section de commune : Vadslo (Flandre occidentale)

Mémorial allemand érigé pendant la Première Guerre mondiale ( août 1916). Sans doute un mémorial du "Lehr Infanterie Regiment", au vu de la relation entre des lettres encore visibles et de la plaque d'immatriculation restante. Le monument commémoratif date d'août 1916. on peut accéder à ce monument par un sentier Par ailleurs, ce lieu est proche du cimetière militaire allemand où se trouve notamment le monument réalisé par Käthe Kollwitz en hommage à son fils enterré dans ledit cimetière

Deutsch: DIKSMUIDE - Vladslo

Deutsches Denkmal, das während des Ersten Weltkriegs errichtet wurde. Es wäre ein Denkmal des Lehr Infanterie Regiments. Dies lässt sich aus der Kombination der restlichen Buchstaben und des verbleibenden Nummernschildes ("Gardestern") ableiten. Das Denkmal würde vom August 1916 datieren.

Duits gedenkteken dat tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog werd opgetrokken. Het zou gaan om een gedenkteken van het "Lehr Infanterie Regiment". Dit kon afgeleid worden uit de combinatie van de resterende letters en het overgebleven kenteken ("Gardestern"). Het gedenkteken zou dateren uit augustus 1916.
