English: Vietnamese Ambassador to the United States Pham Quang Vinh, right, poses with Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Nick Ut, of the Associated Press, in a replica of President Lyndon Johnson's Oval Office at the LBJ Presidential Library on Thursday, April 28, 2016. The ambassador later delivered public remarks at the LBJ Library's Vietnam War Summit.
Ut also participated in the Vietnam War Summit. He was part of a panel discussion about "The Power of Picture" during the Vietnam War Summit. Ut won a Pulitzer in 1973 for his photo of Vietnamese children fleeing their village after a napalm bombing. The Vietnam War Summit continues through April 28.
