Description
Français : Le plus grand défilé du Nouvel An chinois à Paris est organisé dans le 13e arrondissement depuis 1986. Le programme se compose de danses du dragon ou du lion, de danses ancestrales, au son des tambours et des instruments de musique ; démonstrations d’arts martiaux chinois, offrandes aux divinités. C’est le premier jour du premier mois du calendrier lunaire. C’est le début de la Fête du Printemps, qui se déroule sur deux semaines et se termine par la Fête des Lanternes. En 2024, les festivités du Nouvel An lunaire sont placées sous le signe du Dragon de Bois. C’est le seul animal imaginaire sur les douze signes astrologiques chinois. Dans le zodiaque chinois, le cycle de douze ans est représenté par douze animaux : Rat ou Souris, Bœuf ou Buffle, Tigre, Lapin ou Lièvre, Dragon, Serpent (Petit Dragon lorsqu’il est prononcé), Cheval, Chèvre ou Chèvre ou Mouton, Singe, Coq ou Phénix, Chien, Cochon ou Sanglier ou Cochon.
English: The largest Chinese New Year parade in Paris has been organized in the 13th arrondissement since 1986. The program consists of dragon or lion dances, ancestral dances, to the sounds of drums and musical instruments; demonstrations of Chinese martial arts, offerings to the deities. It is the first day of the first month of the lunar calendar.This is the beginning of the Spring Festival, which takes place over two weeks and ends with the Lantern Festival. In 2024, the Lunar New Year festivity is placed under the sign of the Wood Dragon. It is the only imaginary animal on the twelve Chinese astrological signs. In the Chinese zodiac, the twelve-year cycle is represented by twelve animals: Rat or Mouse, Ox or Ox, Tiger, Rabbit or Hare, Dragon, Snake (Small Dragon when spoken), Horse, Goat or Goat or Sheep, Monkey, Rooster or Phoenix, Dog, Pig or Boar or Pig.
