Description
English: The Damascus Gate, Jerusalem, seen from outside the Old City, from the north.
  • In the middle, the Church of the Redeemer’s dome & bell tower.
  • To its left, the Hurva Synagogue's dome.
  • To its right, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre's two domes (of the catholicon & of the rotunda), behind which are likely the minaret of the Mosque of Omar and the tower of the Dormition Abbey.
