D-shaped buckle showing collared knop
Description
English: copper alloy single-looped, d-shaped buckle frame with a single, lobed and collared knop on the outside edge of the frame at the lip, opposite the pin bar; the pin bar is offset and narrowed or constricted between either end of the frame; the frame at both ends of the pin bar terminates in an everted foot creating an internal ridge; the pin survives and is tapered to a point and is 14 mm long; the decorative knop projects 5.5 mm from the edge of the frame; and the frame itself is 13.15 mm long and 12.75 mm wide; the buckle is oval in section and 3.2 mm thick
