Description U.S. and Afghan national army 203rd Corps soldiers shield themselves from a D-30 Soviet 122 mm towed Howitzer percussion blast during field weapons training, Oct. 26, in Gardez, Afghanistan. U.S and Romanian soldiers advise the ANA and assist with targeting, trajectory and safety during the training courses scheduled throughout the year.
