Former Adler House. In 2021 guesthouse. Plaque (2020) on its facade refer to the Adler sheep curd plant (sheep milk diary) /Est. 1880s/. Miklós Adler developed to a moder cord factory in 1910, maed as Felvidéki Tejtermékipar (~Upland Milk Product Industry) - 17 Dózsa György Street, Sátoraljaújhely, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Hungary.

Adler-ház. Az Adler család házának falán 2020 őszén helyezték el az emléktáblát, amely a családnak és az Adler féle juhtúró üzemnek állít emléket. Az 1880-as években alakult meg Sátoraljaújhelyen az Adler József Féle Juhtúróüzem, amelyet fia, Miklós 1910-ben korszerű túrógyárrá fejlesztett Felvidéki Tejtermékipar néven. Az üzemben ún. „liptói módon készült” friss tavaszi csemege juhtúrót, tésztára való morzsás juhtúrót, valamint erős ízű keserű túrót állítottak elő. Később bevezették a különlegességnek számító Zemplén Tömlős Juhtúró készítését is. Egy városi legenda szerint Adler bácsi soha senkit nem engedett be „boszorkánykonyhájába”, így a messze földön híressé vált újhelyi juhtúró készítését számos titok lengte körül.
