The plots of the building group are occupied by vast landscape villa gardens, which have unique historical cityscape and urban structure significance. About the garden: landscape-like villa garden similar with the groove-like garden of the Széher Villa (on next plot). There are a couple old trees,-2nd half of the 19th century,-examples: Oaks (Quercus petraea; d (diameter)=30-75 cm), small- and large-leaved linden (Tilia cordata, d=40-70 cm, Tilia platyphyllos, d=60 cm) survived, and from the first half of the 20th century a huge group of black pine (Pinus nigra, d=20-35 cm), horse chestnuts (Aesculus hippocastanum, d=45-80 cm), maples (Acer sp., d=40-65 cm) and tall ash (Fraxinus excelsior, d=45-55 cm) survived. /Based on the 2003 inventory of monumental garden values/ - 61 Budakeszi Road = 2 Dénes Street, Hárshegy neighborhood, 2nd district of Budapest.
Magyar:
Jób-villa avagy Heinrich-nyaraló és kertje. Az 1850-60-as években épült földszintes, historizáló nyaraló, amelyet az 1870-es évektől kezdve többször átalakítottak. Az épület nyugati oldalán a 20. század első felében részben beüvegezett "svájci típusú" faveranda maradványai láthatók. A keleti homlokzaton látható mázas Madonna Gyermekével kerámiatondó 1930-as évekbeli. A nyíláskeretezések a 20. század első feléből, a keleti épületrészben talán az 1943-as átalakításból maradtak fenn.
