Description 369 Franklin Street, Buffalo. Designed by Cyrus K Porter & Son and completed in 1888 as a venue for showing large panoramic paintings. After that, it served a variety of different purposes, including a roller skating rink, a livery and a taxi garage until being condemned in 1937 but wa sthen restored by the Works Progress Administration, and in 1942 it became the Grosvenor Library until closure in 1963. After standing vacant for many years it was restored as offices in 1985-9.
