A WEAK-KNEED CYCLER. 277 HULL AND OREAR SPECIFICATION. This invention consists of the construction andarrangement, as hereinafter described, of a vehicle tobe propelled and guided by the rider, the driving-power being applied by means of hand-cranks and theguiding being eifected by the foot of the operator. A represents the hind axle, whereon the two hindwheels, B, are fitted by means of the well-known rose-clutch device C, the frame H, and turned by hand-cranks J, to be worked by the operator, who sits uponthe saddle /. We have also arms, Y, for the application of thefeet of the operator to steer the vehicle, while the leverranges rearward towards the operator for being con-veniently worked by hand. ^The construction is very simple and cheap, and thearrangement is calculated to afford a convenient andeasily-operated hand-power vehicle.^ Messrs.
