Description
Français : Détails de quelques cycles régressifs carbonatés de comblement liasiques pris dans deux coupes géologiques (rides sud-rifaines et Haut Atlas de Beni Mellal) distantes de 230 km. Les couches sont datées du Carixien et du Domérien grâce aux grands foraminifères très abondants (orbitopsellidés s.l. et Planisepta compressa etc.). Les niveaux à foraminifères allochtones (déplacés par les courants de marée et/ou les tempêtes) sont indiqués en grisé. Ces niveaux présentent de nombreuses figures diagénétiques typiques du milieu vadose (ciment ménisque, stalactite, "birdseyes" etc; voir photos ci-dessous). Au col d'Adoumaz, la couche Se 3229 (2m.) très riche en foraminifères déplacés est probablement un dépôt de tsunami.
