English: Cwm Nant Rhiwrugos A view westwards along the Rheidol Valley towards the steep valley formed by Nant Rhiwrugos. The hillside is mostly covered in sessile oak and this hides the extensive old mine workings in the area. The route of the Vale of Rheidol Railway can be seen in the lower right of the view, as it enters the so-called Horseshoe Bend on the ascent towards Devil's Bridge. |
