Русский: Цвитектор - первый серийный полупроводниковый (меднозакисный) диод (детектор с постоянной чувствительной точкой). Производство началось в 1935 году, нижегородской Центральной военной-индустриальной радиолабораторией, а затем и её наследником, Горьковским Государственным Союзным заводом № 326 (позже Нижегородское НПО имени Фрунзе). Название прибора образовано из слов "ЦВИРЛ" и "детектор". Он мог работать в диапазоне частот до 2 МГц при допустимом напряжении до 6 вольт на элемент [1]
English: The Tsvitector was an early copper-oxide rectifier produced in the Soviet Union since 1935. One diode held up to 6V reverse, and could demodulate AM radio frequencies up to 2 MHz. |
