(2010) – Brookhaven National Laboratory and its contractor, Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA), are on pace to successfully complete three major projects funded by $71 million from the Recovery Act by September 2011. Recovery Act workers finished work associated with one historic research reactor and are nearly done decommissioning another one. The third project — cleanup of legacy contaminated soil — was completed in 2009. |
