CULTURE—Most succcsitully grown in a deep, nch loomy soil, ond, unlike most vegetables, does best when cultivated in the same ground tor a suc- cession ot years. Monurc the ground well in the toll, and turn up in ridges, during the winter, ond OS early as it will work in the spring rake or harrow thoroughly. Sow thinly in drills ^3" deep, rows 12" apart, and cover with tine soil, pressing it down. Keep the ground free from weeds and thin out the young plonts so they stand 3" or 4" aport. The small onions pulled moy be eotcn green and the balance allowed to mature. 1 01 to 100 feet ot drill; 4 to S lbs. to the ocrc CURRIE'S EXTRA YELLOW GLOBE DAN- VERS—The largest cropper and best shape of any Yellow Onion at present on the market. It is saved from Picked Bulbs only, and should not be confound- ed with the Yellow Globe Danvers com- monly sold. A true globe shape with very small neck; slightly flattened at the root end. Ox., 15c; 1/4 lb., 50c; lb., $1.50; 5 lbs. (by express), $7.25; Pkt., 10c. CURRIE'S PRiZETAKER—Pure Ameri- can-grown stock.
