Description
English: Dahi Pakhala ( ଦହି ପଖାଳ ) is an Odia Dish ( Main course Recipe) which is prepared with Cooked Boiled rice with Cold water and Curd with little other ingredients ( Ingredients listed below). It is one of the prime food of Odiya people and they eat it at least once in a day. It can be served with roased curry such as Potato Fry, Brinjal Fry, Drumstick Fry, Alu Bharta etc.
