| Description |
English: Culverley Bottom, New Forest. I think this valley is called Culverley Valley or Culverley Bottom. The lawn of Gurnetfields Furzebrake is off to the right and Buck Hill to the left. There is a ford in the valley - see 164765. The Carter Memorial is just visible as a white speck towards the right of the photo - see 26263. The conifers in the far distance are part of the Foxhunting Inclosure. |
