English: Native perennial herb, with decumbent, procumbent or nearly erect stams to 50 cm long; hairless or with minute appressed hairs. Leaves are mostly 5–15 cm long, palmately compound, mostly with 5–7 leaflets or sometimes lower leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets are usually narrow, 1–6 cm long, with entire margins or rarely coarsely crenate, both surfaces sparsely hairy and dotted with minute glands. Flowerheads are raceme-like or spike-like and 2–5 cm long, with flowers in clusters of 1-3 along it. The petals are 2–5 mm long and bluish or mauve-purple. Pods are about 3 mm long, nearly hairless, wrinkled and black. Flowering occurs over most of year. Widespread, often in forest or on heavy soils in western districts of NSW.
