Español: Esta peculiar pirámide heptagonal de tres niveles en forma de una "D" en el que se erige una cruz, se ubica en el centro y la parte más alta de la ciudadela Ollape. En el nivel medio, en cada uno de los siete lados presenta una especie de ventanita. El lado más largo y la ventana más grande queda al lado Este. Según una tradición local, cada lado y ventana de esta construcción representa a una de las siete deidades en las que creían los habitantes nativos Salsac. El sentido místico en la construcción se observa en la direccionalidad de cada uno de sus lados. Además, la cruz, las ventanas más grandes y el campanario de La Jalca están perfectamente alineados. |
