English: Crusheen railway station (site), County Clare Opened in 1869 by the Athenry & Ennis Junction Railway, later part of the Great Southern and Western Railway, on the line from Athenry to Limerick. This station closed in 1963. Although the railway line reopened in 2010 as part of the Western Corridor rail project, Crusheen station remained closed. View south towards Ennis and Limerick. |
