English: DSC thermogram of a crude thermosetting adhesive based on epoxy resin + hardener; heating rate=10 °C/min (first pass) from 30 °C under nitrogen flux.
The thermogram shows the exothermic peak corresponding to the cross-linking. Français : Détermination du taux de réticulation d'un produit thermodurcissable par DSC, en comparaison avec un produit cru de même formulation. Thermogramme DSC d'un adhésif cru à base de résine époxyde + durcisseur ; échantillon en fines lamelles (pour obtenir une grande surface de contact avec la capsule) placé dans une capsule pour DSC en aluminium percée ; montée en température à partir de 30 °C sous flux d'azote ; vitesse de chauffe=10 °C/min (1er passage). Le thermogramme montre le pic exothermique correspondant à la réticulation. |
