English: Crossing the Kent Channel, Morecambe Bay One of the Morecambe Bay guides leads a group across the tidal channel of the River Kent in the middle of Morecambe Bay. A few hours later and the water would be over their heads! the tractor is there as a safety back-up for the channel crossing. Grange over Sands and Kents Bank in the distance some 3 miles away. |
