Description
English: Fresh Fiddleheads on the grocery shelf are a sure sign of spring in New Brunswick. They grow along the riverbanks in marshy areas. Be sure to wash them well before using.
Français : L’arrivée des crosses de fougère en magasin est un signe irréfutable du printemps au Nouveau-Brunswick. Elles poussent sur les rivages dans les zones marécageuses. Il faut bien les laver avant de les apprêter.
