| Description |
English: Crookstone Knoll. The easternmost extremity of the Kinder Scout plateau. I don't know if it was a genuine change in the weather, or just an effect of the relief, but it suddenly got very windy when I reached this point. Great views from here through 270 degrees up the Snake Pass, to Alport Castles, Ladybower Reservoir, Win and Lose Hills and Mam Tor. |
