Elles portent également dans chaque sens une marque de censure japonaise mais sont acheminées par la Mairie et ne portent donc aucune marque postale (seulement deux exemplaires ont été signalés à ce jour). Formules de correspondance ayant voyagé : lettre à Hà Nôi .........4000 € lettre à Pnom-Penh .......2000 € lettre à Sài Gòn sans cachet postal .........1000 € lettre à Sài Gòn avec cachet postal .......1500 € . FORMULAIRE UTILISÉ A PNOM-PENH Croix-Rouge du cambodge. Formulaire cambogien de correspondance des internés. Carte interné politique à saigon pendant le gouvernement japonais verso Formulaire de correspondance utilisé au Cambodge pour un interné à Saïgon, censure japonaise, censure C19 de Saigon et cachet de transmission " CROIX-ROUGE FRANCAISE // (croix) / COMITE du / CAMBODGE". En dessous la carte d' «interné politique» à Saigon du 10 avril au 2 septembre 1945. |
