English: Built in 1937-1939, this Classical Revival-style building was renovated in 1989 with the addition of a rooftop addition in the Postmodern style. The building features a red flemish bond brick exterior, six-over-six double-hung windows on the original section, stone belt coursing and sills, a stone surround at the front entrance with the words “Crippled Children’s Guild” and the street address carved into it over the front door, large stone window boxes under the first floor windows, a stone base, a front entry door with a decorative transom, and a postmodern top floor clad in EIFS with a hipped roof featuring gables in the center and sides of the east, north, and south facades, with an arched window over the central entrance bay on the east facade. The building presently serves as a medical office building.
