English: Crime scene sketch rendered by police– a part of the court file against František Saidl (1887–1961) of Lidice who stabbed his own son to death in an argument on 19 December 1938. He was sentenced to four years in prison; therefore, he was the only adult man of Lidice that had lived in the Protectorate, and had survived the massacre of the village in June 1942.(State Regional Archives in Prague, Regional Criminal Court in Prague, file number Tk XII 9857/38, box 814.)
Do konce svého života vyřezával model rodné obce.(SOA v Praze, Krajský soud trestní Praha, spis. zn. Tk XII 9857/38, kar. 814.) |
