CORONADO, Calif. (Feb 08, 2015) Sailors assigned to Crew 103 of the littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3), board a C-40A Clipper passenger plane departing from Naval Air Station North Island to meet Forth Worth in Singapore. LCS Crew 103 and Detachment Two from the "Magicians" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Three Five (HSM-35) are relieving LCS Crew 104 as part of a 16-month rotational deployment in support of the Navy's strategic rebalance to the Pacific. Fort Worth is the first LCS to deploy under the "3-2-1" manning concept, swapping fully trained crews roughly every four months.
