Summary

[edit]
Description
English: From the Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature (https://planetarynames.wr.usgs.gov/Feature/1799), Crater Endymion was named after a Greek mythological character and is 122.1 KM wide. I’m continuing to learn how to use the ASI camera and tweaking the settings, still have not had a good (quality wise) night for lunar imaging. Tech Specs: This image is composed of the best 500 frames of 1500 frames captured using a ZWO ASI290MC imaging camera on a Meade LX90 12” telescope mounted on a Celestron CGEM-DX mount. Imaging was done on January 1, 2017 from Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
