Description
English: Mill Hill Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight, at the junction with Bellevue Road. This image is looking down the hill (i.e. facing the sea). Due to Cowes Christmas Carnival, the centre of town was closed off, these are the Road Closed and diversion signs. The diversion was via Mill Hill Road, Bellevue Road, Upper Moorgreen Road, Brooklands Road and onto Park Road. From the closure at Park Road, the same diversion operated in reverse.
