Description
English: Baring Road, Cowes, Isle of Wight. This is looking at the junction with Woodvale Road, taken from the Solent Middle School side (so looking roughly west). The pavement is orange because after the heavy snowfall in January 2010, lots of grit was put down outside the school. Lots is probably an understatement, because this photograph was taken about a month after the snow and the pavement was still covered in grit.
